BOOKING NOTE:
The names mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and are subject to changes by the hotels. Please do not consider this as a confirmation, as none of the hotels have been booked yet. These hotels are subject to availability. Hotels will only be booked once we receive your payment/confirmation. If, at the time of operation, the hotels are not available or are sold out, we will book a similar or the next best available alternative. In this case, we will advise you of any supplements or rebates, if applicable.
The vehicle is available as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal unless mentioned in the package inclusions. Charges for any extra kilometers or hours can be paid directly to the transport vendor.

SIGHTSEEING NOTE:
Please be informed that commercial and private vehicles are not allowed to cover entire sightseeing routes (internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam due to local union restrictions. Therefore, a local vehicle can be booked by us or directly on the spot for the internal mentioned places. A chained vehicle from Tangmarg to Gulmarg must be booked directly on the spot in case of heavy snow. Please refer to the “other information” column for rate ideas at particular places.

TRAVEL NOTE:
Travelers traveling by road via the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway should note that the road may sometimes be closed due to bad weather, traffic rules, or government orders, resulting in landslides or one-way traffic. Travelers coming on these days should be aware of the situation and adjust to the given alternate accommodations at respective places. The entire tour plan may need to be shuffled due to road closures, but we will try to complete as much of the itinerary as possible. We request all travelers to support us during these times, as these circumstances are beyond our control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Transportation as per itinerary only.
• Transportation will only serve those locations where the local cab union is allowed to visit; otherwise, the client will need to bear the cost of additional cab services on a direct payment basis.
• The itinerary mentioned is a reference, and actual sightseeing may vary depending on weather, traffic, etc.
• Guide services are not included in the package but can be availed for an additional cost.
• The package cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Check-in/check-out times depend on the hotel’s policy.
• For rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP basis, meals will be provided as per the kitchen’s operational timings of the concerned hotel.
• A/C in the vehicle will be switched off in hilly areas.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotels.
• The agency is not responsible for any losses or issues arising due to unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, strikes, or road accidents.
• In case of transporters’ strikes, the agency is not liable for any losses, and no refund will be provided.
• No refunds will be given for services unused during the tour.
• The package once purchased cannot be rescheduled or changed under any circumstances.
• The agency is not responsible for vehicle faults such as mechanical, electrical problems, or tire bursts during the tour.
• Entry fees to parks, museums, zoos, activities (horse ride, camel ride, etc.), and adventure sports are not included.
• Full package payment must be cleared before the second day of the trip, or the agency can hold services or take legal action.
• Cancellations depend on the hotel’s and agency’s policies.
• The agency is not responsible for any personal loss, damage, or mishaps during the tour.
• A personal medical kit is not included.
• Membership fee: A non-refundable 25% fee of the complete package is applicable. If you cannot take a holiday within the year, it can be carried forward to the next year for 10% of the total package fee.
• Blackout Dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day are excluded from benefits. Travel during these dates will incur a 40% extra charge.
• Modifications: Big Vibes Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions without prior notice, but you will be notified via call, message, and email.

Complimentary Upgrade: If the desired room is not available during booking, we will offer a complimentary upgrade based on availability.

Travel Insurance: Available for International tour packages through a tie-up with Asego.
